Every week, a dozen new "revolutionary" AI tools launch. Most of them aren't worth your time — and the ones that are rarely explain themselves clearly. ToolWise exists to fix that.

We test AI tools the way a busy person would: sign up, try the free plan, build something real, and then tell you — in plain English — what the tool does, what it costs, and who it's actually for.

ToolWise is free to read and always will be. We keep the lights on with advertising (including Google AdSense) and, where clearly labelled, affiliate links — if you buy a tool through one of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never affects what we recommend.

Who runs this?

ToolWise is run by a small independent editorial team of AI enthusiasts and working creators. We also produce short AI explainer videos on YouTube under the same name.
